GIANT Spring Tine Tiller 9 Tine

DESCRIPTION
A 9-tine spring tine tiller is designed for light to medium soil cultivation, making it suitable for seedbed preparation, weed control, and soil aeration. The implement features nine spring-loaded tines made from hardened steel, typically spaced between 250 and 300 mm apart to ensure effective soil coverage while minimizing clogging.
With a working width generally ranging from about 1.0 to 1.2 metres, the tiller is well-suited to small and medium-scale operations. It operates at a typical working depth of approximately 100 to 200 mm, allowing it to loosen and level the soil without excessive disturbance. The spring-loaded design enables the tines to flex over obstacles and adapt to uneven terrain, improving efficiency and reducing stress on the implement.
Mounted via a three-point linkage, the tiller is compatible with tractors in the 15 to 35 horsepower range. Its relatively lightweight construction—usually between 150 and 300 kg—ensures ease of handling while maintaining durability in field conditions. As with most agricultural implements, specifications may vary depending on the manufacturer and configuration.
